Registration to join Team Formula Gaming for CoD: Mobile

Please Fill out the Application. After you are done filling out the Application hit Submit, and we will try to get back to you soon as possible. Once we reply to you, we will ask you to send us a screenshot of your Stats and your Rank. We will only accept you if your K/D Ration is 2.40 or higher. If we approve of all three requirments, then you will have you send a clip of a game or a YT Video/Twitch Video showing your skills. When the Leader or the Team Captain or both of them view it, we will determine your acceptance to the clan. If you can't provide the clip we might ask you to join a match with some of the clan members to see how you work with others, how good your call outs are, and your knowlegde of the maps.
